Chef Soosan Fahim-Popoff teams up with Eat Right Racine to share some of the secrets to her Persian cooking. Soosan will use fresh, local food as she teaches this cooking class. Participants will have the opportunity to sample her dishes. The goal of this combination is to introduce the Racine community to some Persian favorites while also reminding people that it is important to note from where their food comes. Using organic foods from local farmers not only has health benefits, but supports the local economy.

Auto and motorcycle enthusiasts can show off their wheels at this event, where 1st, wnd, 3rd and “Best of Show” trophies will be awarded to the most stunning vehicles. The first 50 registrants receive a goodie bag for their $10 registration fee and a spot to display their pride. The event is free and open to spectators. Refreshments are available. All proceeds benefit the Eagle’s Club Spinal Injury Fund, in honor of Lew Reed, past president.
